He may be the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum is commonly known as "Faza"

He is the second son of the Prime Minister and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai. Its forecast for 2013 was 0.9 to 13.9 million.
