The sale of Comet to Lime was not completed in Europe and will continue "as usual" in London.
In 2018, Ober said it will focus more on the electric motorcycle and scooter business than cars.
But on May 7 this year, Ober announced an agreement to regularize the limestone jump bicycle business.
As part of the deal, Ober invested 170 million in Lim, while Lamar acquired "ten thousand" Uber jump bikes - and related intellectual property.
Lime CEO Wen Ting said he likes the design of Ober's bikes and will deploy them in many parts of the future.
However, there are a large number of "ten thousand" bikes that do not inherit lime as part of the deal.
Videos shared on Twitter have destroyed a bike arriving at a recycling facility in North Carolina.
Disappointed charities and organizations have suggested that motorcycles could be donated to low-income community groups or sold to speed up electric bikes.
